Master of Service ®

The “Master of Service Certificate ®” is a course dedicated to the restaurant and wine industries that are always in need of properly trained professionals capable of delivering a uniformed and impeccable wine-service that reflects and highlights the mission statement of the various establishments.
The Course objectives are to educate service professionals to international standards through the teaching of practical skills like dining room etiquette and protocols, accenting the fine art of professional and private wine-service, built around the highly appraised NASA & WSA service standards and taught by active professional Sommeliers.
The final exam will reflect the pragmatic nature of the course putting the candidates through a series of tests designed to have them practice and fine tune their newly acquired service expertise & consequent qualification.
